• We are looking for a research assistant (m/f/d) for the Chair of Finance (Prof. Raša Karapandža Ph.D.) at EBS Business School, starting September 1st, 2026.

Ihre Aufgabe

• Conduct quantitative data analysis, support empirical research projects, and manage, clean, and analyze survey and field data using statistical software
• Apply artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and digital technologies to support innovative research projects, particularly in agricultural and related fields
• Collaborate with researchers, prepare research materials, and ensure accurate documentation of research findings
• Support the preparation, supervision, and delivery of courses, tutorials, and guidance for bachelor’s and master’s theses
• Contribute to scientific and practice-oriented publications, academic collaborations, and the communication of research results

Ihr Profil

A strong Master’s degree (good to very good) in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative discipline, demonstrating solid analytical, statistical, and methodological expertise

Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience in empirical research and statistical analysis

Proficiency in statistical software such as MATLAB, R, Stata, or similar programming tools

Experience with randomized controlled trials, field survey data, and research methods in development economics

Highly motivated, responsible, and independent researcher with the ability to work effectively in an academic environment
