Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team from any region in Egypt . The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coverage of Class A. pharmacies (in Tripoli, Misrata & West)
  • Driving sales, and managing business relationships with assigned Class A. pharmacies
  • Leading the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans, negotiating contracts, and guiding initiatives that the company launches for targeted Pharmacy
  • Mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling, and developing long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Analyzing market situation including competitive intelligence commercial activities & Pricing for key competitors.
  • Set Yearly contracts with 100 Class A. pharmacies Target achievement tracking Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly & achieving Yearly Sales Target & Project Success Rate.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Key Account or sales roles within FMCG, consumer health, pharma-adjacent, wellness or nutrition categories
  • Proven exposure to managing Top pharmacies in Libya
  • Experience in promotional execution and trade coordination
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and sales performance tracking tools
  • Residency in Tripoli, Libya is required.
