IT Intern

• Apoyo en la documentación de la renovación / actualización de la infraestructura, tales como: Unidad de almacenamiento, switch principal, Sistema de videovigilancia y control de acceso.
• Apoyo en el desarrollo de documentación de DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan)
• Apoyo en las tareas básicas de soporte técnico en el área de IT como administración de cuentas de usuario, soporte técnico de primer nivel a usuarios finales vía remota.

• Escolaridad:  Estudiantes de últimos semestres en carreras como: Ing. En sistemas Computacionales, Lic. Informática o a fin.
• Ingles:  intermedio. (contestar correo y leer manuales)
• Áreas de Interés:  infraestructura, comunicaciones, aplicaciones en la nube, servicio al cliente (Help desk).
• Conocimiento básico : 

• Excel
• Cisco
• VmWare
• Office 365
