• Fluent in German or English

Aufgaben

• Create content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

• Help produce short-form video and social media posts

• Support community growth and engagement

• Research trends in sports, fitness, and startup marketing

• Help develop Paero’s social media presence and brand voice

• Work directly with the founder on growth experiments and campaigns
