⭐ How will you make an impact?

Empower team members throughout their journey: Manage core employee lifecycle touchpoints, including onboarding programs, performance reviews, individual plans tracking, and exit interviews to ensure an exceptional employee experience.

Champion manager enablement: Build and roll out practical manager toolkits and self-serve resources that help leaders coach, support, and grow their teams effectively.

Drive data-informed engagement: Administer company-wide engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and collaborate with team leaders to convert employee insights into meaningful action plans.

Optimize HR technology: Own the daily administration of 15five and employee experience tools, keeping processes smooth, intuitive, and up-to-date.

Build intuitive internal documentation: Develop and organize our internal Notion pages and People guides, making key information accessible and transparent for everyone.

Maintain competitive insights: Conduct regular salary benchmarking and compensation analysis to help keep our reward structures fair, equitable, and competitive.

Elevate HR analytics: Maintain high-quality HR data and build clear reporting dashboards to highlight workplace trends and operational metrics.
⭐ What makes you a great fit?

Relevant experience: You bring 3+ years of experience in an HR, People Operations, or Employee Experience role, ideally within a growing technology or SaaS environment.

Tool proficiency: You have hands-on experience managing HR software (such as 15five or similar performance management tools) and documentation platforms like Notion.

Strong communication: You explain complex processes clearly and adapt your communication style when supporting diverse stakeholders across departments.

Initiative & accountability: You manage your time and projects independently, balancing daily responsibilities with longer-term initiatives seamlessly.

Analytical skills: You are comfortable working with HR metrics, survey analytics, and salary benchmarking data to identify patterns and present clear findings.

Empathy & discretion: You maintain strict confidentiality and approach sensitive employee conversations — such as exit interviews and growth plans — with genuine care and professionalism.

Process orientation: You enjoy identifying operational inefficiencies and creating practical guides, templates, or workflows that make work easier for others.

Collaborative mindset: You build positive working relationships easily and enjoy partnering with managers to solve team challenges together.

Within 3 months: Master the administration of 15five and core People tools, taking full ownership of onboarding documentation and routine survey administration.

Within 6 months: Publish a standardized Manager Toolkit on Notion that improves self-service access and reduces routine managerial support inquiries.

Within 9 months: Achieve high employee survey engagement rates and establish a clear tracking framework for follow-up actions across all teams.

Within 12 months: Complete a comprehensive benchmarking review and streamline employee lifecycle documentation to ensure a consistently top-tier employee experience.
