Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled Mechanic Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role requires a combination of mechanical and fitting expertise to deliver high-quality workmanship and contribute to the smooth operation of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit mechanical components and machinery based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair tasks on mechanical equipment.
• Inspect and test mechanical systems to identify faults and ensure proper functioning.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to carry out fitting and assembly work.
• Work collaboratively with engineers and other team members to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Relevant trade certification or diploma in Mechanical Fitting or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Mechanic Fitter or in a similar role.
• Strong practical skills with mechanical assembly and fitting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

• Willingness to work onsite and adapt to project requirements.
