Legal Counsel

As part of Midas’s fast-growing structure, the Legal Counsel will play a strategic role in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal processes effectively, and minimizing risks in commercial relations. This position is critical in strengthening Midas’s reliability and providing legal support for its innovations within the framework of applicable laws.

What You’ll Do

• Develop processes aligned with MASAK, SPK, and other regulatory authorities to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Manage legal processes with internal and external stakeholders, analyze risks, and provide solutions.
• Revise company policies and procedures to enhance compliance and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with teams to provide legal support on product development, compliance, customer relations, and other areas.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 10 years of experience at a brokerage or investment firm.
• Knowledge of SPK regulations and compliance processes.

• Experienced in corporate law, commercial law, capital markets law, and personal data protection law.

• Advanced experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with advanced proficiency in English.
