About The Role

Your Role

  • Design of high performance analog circuits (e.g. linear regulators, switching

converters, DAC`s, ADC's, bandgaps, high speed PHYs)

  • Understand technical requirements and electrical specifications of analog circuits
  • Define verification and validation methods used to ensure spec compliance
  • Responsible of the technical quality and on-schedule delivery
  • Create high quality documentation
  • Interface with other functional teams (layout, digital, test, quality)
  • Ability to work closely with other members of the design team and with the other

functions of the wider product development team

  • Observe and proactively act on trends in his/her field of knowledge
  • Sense of urgency for upcoming innovation and supports feasibility studies
  • Collaboratively creates and supports innovative ideas in his/her field of expertise
  • Investigate new ideas, considering alternatives and drives active risk management
  • Represents technical competence of his/her field of knowledge within own

BL/Functional Area

  • Measurable impact on BL/Functional Area business value
  • Implementation of strategy within his/her field of expertise
  • Contribution to IP strategy in his/her field of expertise
  • Drives technical decisions for BL/Functional Area and executes implementation
  • Demonstrates active knowledge transfer and best practice sharing across

organizational boundaries

  • Exploits deviations in order to support continuous improvement
  • Supports problem solving, generates analysis and hypothesis, draws conclusions out

of own analysis and derives lessons learned

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent in electrical engineering physics or similar
  • Knowledge of semiconductor physics and semiconductor technologies
  • Several years of professional experience in the industry (minimum +10 years)
  • Experience with designing analog circuits
  • Deep technical understanding in his/her field of expertise
  • Network in his/her field of expertise and relevant community
  • Proven ability to solve problems with higher complexity involving expert networks
  • Understanding of own impact and interdependencies within his/her field of

expertise

  • Team Player
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Good verbal and written English skills, German is an advantage

  • and EUR 4.611 "ST2, Regelstufe" and will be adjusted according to qualification and
  • experience.
