What you'll do

• Review, analyze and process purchase requisitions
• Process purchase change orders and requests for quotes (RFQ's) to suppliers
• Manage purchase order releases daily to meet demand requirements
• Coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing, planning and engineering departments to acquire inventory in a cost effective and timely manner
• Work with the suppliers on a daily basis to assure scheduled deliveries are met
• Understand, maintain weekly reports
• Develop and maintain key supplier relationships with day-to-day interface (peer level) to review open action items, suppliers performance to commitments of on time deliveries, future demand and future cost reductions forecasting

Who we're looking for

• Commercial education - e.g. apprenticeship (LAP) or HAK
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or other technical industry is preferred
• Basic understanding of commodity market indicators and technical data
• Six Sigma certification, 8D training, APICS certification º Prior experience managing the commercial and tactical aspects of supply chain requirements

What We're Offering

A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. This position is hired through a third party agency. A valid work visa for Austria is mandatory.

WORKING HOURS

• Flexitime model 38,5 hours/week, Core hours (Mo-Th 9-15, Fr 9-11:30)
