Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Provide 3rd level support and application/platform lifecycle management in the area of production data warehouse & reporting solutions
  • Continuously enhance our production reporting platforms using various technologies (Oracle, Hadoop, Denodo, ...)
  • Define, design, build and enhance business intelligence solutions
  • Partner up with management, application owner, key business customer and team members for the delivery of regional / global services
  • Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery
  • Do incident and problem management to support our internal Infineon customers

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • A degree (Bachelor/Master) in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
  • 1-3 years of work experience in the area of Information Technology/Business Intelligence
  • Understanding of ETL technique, data modeling, and performance optimization
  • Knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle and know-how in MS SQL Database
  • Experience with big data platforms/development (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, Impala, HIVE)
  • Experience in data warehousing projects (as an advantage)
  • Good analytical troubleshooting, problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills in German and English

We are filling this position through one of our leasing partners. A valid work permit for Austria (RWR+ Card) or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees of EEI with a minimum salary of € 3.775,27 (<https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf>). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
