Infrastructure Engineer (Nutanix) -(CT-FNC240912 019/01)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supporting and maintaining the organization’s on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
• Performing routine tasks such as monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with installations and configurations.
• Providing technical support to end-users.
• Documenting processes, Knowledge Base creation and maintaining records.
• Designing, building, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure.
• Managing and optimizing network systems, servers, and cloud services.
• Implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Leading projects related to infrastructure patching, upgrades and migrations.
• Collaborating with other IT professionals to develop and implement IT projects.
• Part of a team supporting Normal Biz Hour with occasional After Office Hour and Weekend/PH work.

Requirements

• Nutanix Foundation (or other Virtualization), Nutanix Certified Professional
• OS Windows Server 2016 and above (Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate)
• OS Linux experience (RHEL, SUSE, etc)
• IaaS Cloud AWS (AWS Cloud Practitioner Foundational)
• Automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform)
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Basic Network knowledge (e.g. NTP, SCMP, IP-subnet, etc)
• 3 to 5 years of related work experience
• Work on-site (Jurong)
