Cost Controllers - Resorts

SWOT Hospitality , a leading hospitality management company in Greece, proudly collaborates with some of the world’s most prestigious hotel brands, including Marriott International, Accor and Hyatt, .

As part of our dynamic expansion, we are currently seeking to recruit, for season 2026 , experienced Cost Controllers for Resorts to lead our upcoming projects in some of Greece’s most iconic destinations – Paros, Lemnos, Samos, Mykonos, and Crete.

As a Cost Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling costs across our resort operations. You will be responsible for preparing detailed financial reports, analyzing expenditure, and implementing cost-saving strategies while ensuring high operational standards and guest satisfaction. Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar finance role in the hospitality or resort industry.
• Strong understanding of cost control principles and financial analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a resort or hotel setting.
