Deposit Mobilization Officer

• Deposit Acquisition & Growth : Actively source and acquire new customers for deposit products (savings, fixed deposits).
• Client Relationship Management : Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage loyalty and long-term deposits.
• Market Research & Analysis : Identify target market segments and track competitor deposit products.
• Product Knowledge & Education : Stay informed about the company’s deposit offerings and educate clients.
• Reporting & Compliance : Provide regular performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Cross-Selling : Promote additional products to customers and identify opportunities to upsell deposits.
• Minimum Educational Qualification : OND in Banking , Finance , Business Administration , Economics , or related field.
• Experience :
• Minimum 1-2 years in sales , customer service , or banking .
• Previous experience in deposit mobilization or handling customer accounts is an advantage.
• Skills :
• Strong sales & marketing skills to acquire new customers.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Customer service skills for relationship building.
• Strong attention to detail in account management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools .
• Personal Attributes :
• Goal-oriented and able to meet targets.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.
