About The Role
Die dreijährige OTA-Ausbildung qualifiziert dich direkt für die Mitarbeit in einem Operationsteam aus Ärzten, Fachpflegern für Anästhesie sowie Fachpflegern für den OP. Dazu werden dir während der Ausbildung organisatorische, technische und pflegerische Fachkenntnisse in Theorie und Praxis vermittelt.
- Selbständige Organisation und Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe im Operationsbereich in Zusammenarbeit mit allen beteiligten Berufsgruppen
- Vor- und Nachbereitung der Operationen und Patienten
- Instrumentieren in den operativen Fachdisziplinen
- Wartung von Instrumentarium und anderen medizinischen Geräten
