The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day execution of maintenance activities to ensure plant reliability, safety, and operational performance. This role translates maintenance strategy into site-level execution, ensuring compliance with maintenance standards, equipment availability, and indirectly leading a team of technicians and machine owners.

Available Shift: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

Overtime: Applicable and paid in accordance with the Employment Act (EA).

Your key responsibilities will be to

Lead and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities.
Ensure preventative maintenance schedules and work orders are completed and managed through MEX.
Drive improvements in equipment reliability, uptime, and operational performance.
Provide hands-on technical support and lead root cause analysis for equipment issues.
Manage maintenance technicians, contractors, and daily work priorities.
Ensure spare parts availability, inventory accuracy, and 5S standards.
Maintain maintenance records, asset data, and compliance requirements.
Coach and develop technicians, machine owners, and operators.
Promote a strong safety culture and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you'll have

Proven experience leading and developing teams.
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
Experience with maintenance systems, with MEX experience preferred.
Knowledge of preventative maintenance, reliability, and asset management principles.
Experience using structured problem-solving tools such as 5 Why or A3.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Diploma/Degree qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic discipline.
