What You'll Do
- You will be responsible for creation of orders, reviewing order details such as shipping information or customer details to ensure accuracy.
- You will be the gatekeeper of the entire customer order management cycle to ensure a seamless order flow in compliance with organizational policies.
- You will be in close coordination with all Operational teams in the fulfillment of the warehouse inventory requirements driving product availability, shipment at first promised, and ultimately, timely recognition of revenues.
- You will be in close coordination with the business development / pricing / data management team to ensure accuracy of important order data such as pricing, product names, and SKUs.
- You will proactively monitor daily order creation issues and perform stuck analyses to ensure that orders are progressing as expected.
- You will establish and create reports for order monitoring to meet and exceed our service levels.
- You will lead steering meetings with relevant stakeholders within Finance and Operational teams to discuss findings and to set direction by defining action points that are measurable and trackable.
- You will analyze complex datasets, create insightful reports, and develop automated solutions to enhance the order data management processes.
- You will conduct Root Cause Analysis and identify system and process weaknesses and develop suggestions for optimization.
Who We're Looking For
- You have completed a university degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering or a related subject or have around 1-3 years working experience in Order Management.
- You have strong executional leadership with a strategic mindset to perform and implement order management processes and projects.
- You are comfortable with numbers, analytical, and have a data-driven approach in problem-solving with a hint of creativity that fosters innovation.
- You are proactive and agile with a strong commitment to delivering what is promised.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills, who can easily navigate within the organization to collaborate with different teams.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools. Having experience in automation and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL is preferred.
