Senior Material Scientist, Synthesis

• 职责描述：
• 1.材料合成路线设计，根据已有的实验室材料合成路线拓展适合工业生产的合成路线
• 2.材料合成路线设计，从头自主开发适合工业生产的合成路线，
• 3.参与项目计划制定及项目讨论，经实验室小试，中试，最后到工业化量产。
• 任职资格：
• 1.有机化学、合成化学或相关领域的博士学位，并在该领域有丰富的经验
• 2.精通化学反应机制、反应优化和控制的基础知识，并熟悉常规化学分析和精密化学分离技术
• 3.工作认真负责，积极主动，严谨及高效，具有团队合作精神 4.有化工项目落地及工厂建设经验尤佳

Responsibilities

• Material synthesis route design, according to the existing laboratory material synthesis route to expand the synthesis route suitable for industrial production
• Design of material synthesis route, independently develop synthesis route suitable for industrial production from scratch.
• Participate in project planning and project discussion, through laboratory trial, pilot test, and finally to industrial mass production.

Qualifications

• A PhD in organic chemistry, synthetic chemistry or a related field with extensive experience in the field
• Proficient in the basic knowledge of chemical reaction mechanism, reaction optimization and control, and familiar with conventional chemical analysis and precision chemical separation technology
• Serious and responsible, proactive, rigorous and efficient, with team spirit 4. Chemical project landing and plant construction experience is a plus
