About The Role

  • Support government programs, e.g Residential Care Homes and school outreach service
  • Co-ordinate Government Private Partnership Program and reporting
  • Assist in the support and implementation of divisional initiatives
  • Arrange professional education or training to improve quality and staff engagement
  • Assist in coordinating the development and implementation of clinical policies, guidelines and standards for risk management and case management
  • Coordination, collection, compilation and analysis of healthcare data
  • Providing input in searching, aggregating and distilling scientific evidence
  • Coordination and take minutes for internal and external meetings
  • Other ad hoc task assigned by supervisor
  • University degree in HealthCare Management or related field
  • 4+ years relevant working experience
  • Post-qualification administrative experience, preferably in health care setting
  • Pleasant, proactive, self-motivated, responsible, with good interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in common computer software, e.g. MS Office
