North Indian Cook for Indian Restaurant Pippali Indian Grill is looking for an experienced North Indian Cook Pippali Indian Grill is an Indian restaurant serving authentic Indian food with a focus on quality, flavour and traditional cooking methods. We are looking for a skilled and reliable cook with experience in North Indian cuisine to join our kitchen team. As our new cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking Indian dishes, especially North Indian specialities such as curries, tandoori dishes, marinades, sauces, biryani and traditional vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. You will help ensure that our food is prepared consistently, hygienically and to a high standard. Your main tasks will include:

Preparing and cooking authentic North Indian dishes

Preparing marinades, sauces, curries and spice mixes

Working with tandoor, grill and traditional Indian cooking techniques

Ensuring good food quality, taste and presentation

Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen

Helping with daily kitchen preparation and cleaning

Cooperating with the rest of the kitchen and restaurant team We expect that you

Have relevant culinary education or equivalent documented professional experience as a cook

Have experience with North Indian cuisine, preferably from an Indian restaurant kitchen

Have strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, marinades and traditional cooking methods

Can prepare North Indian dishes independently and consistently

Can work with tandoor, grill, curry preparation and other Indian kitchen techniques

Can work independently and handle a busy kitchen environment

Are reliable, flexible and quality-conscious

Can follow hygiene and food safety procedures

Can communicate in English. Danish is an advantage but not required. Documentation of qualifications

Applicants should be able to document their professional background through relevant certificates, employment references, recommendation letters, previous employment records or other documentation showing education and/or practical experience as a cook. We offer:
