About The Role
Au sein du RIE de Tarnos, vos missions principales :
- Préparer et couper les légumes et crudités pour les entrées.
- Installer, approvisionner et animer le bar à salades.
- Assurer le dressage soigné des assiettes froides et des desserts.
- Maintenir la propreté du poste de travail et du matériel.
Profil recherché:
Avoir un diplôme en cuisine (CAP ou Bac Pro) ou une bonne expérience sur un poste similaire.
Connaître et appliquer les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP).
Être rapide, soigneux et aimer le travail en équipe.
Conditions de travail :
Horaires réguliers en journée (en continu) de 7h00 à 15h00
Prise de poste fin Août 2026 pour remplacement de 15 jours minimum
