Full-Time Caretaker / Property Maintenance Employee Wanted (vicevært) K.D.J. Byg ApS – Hanehovedvej 187, 3300 Frederiksværk K.D.J. Byg ApS, part of the KDJ Group, is looking for an experienced and independent caretaker to handle the daily operation, upkeep and maintenance of the company’s properties. You will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our properties and enjoy a varied working day with both planned maintenance and practical tasks as they arise. Your responsibilities Your tasks will include: Inspecting buildings, installations and outdoor areas Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs Performing practical tasks such as carpentry, painting and installation work Cleaning and maintaining communal areas Maintaining green areas and completing seasonal outdoor work Coordinating with tradespeople and external suppliers Following up on defects, repairs and ongoing work Handling other practical tasks related to property operations About you We expect that you: Have experience as a caretaker, property maintenance employee, tradesperson or in a similar role Have strong practical skills and a hands-on approach Can work independently, responsibly and in a structured manner Are reliable, flexible and committed to completing tasks properly Take initiative and notice what needs to be done Are service-minded and work well with colleagues, tenants and external contractors Hold a valid driving licence We offer A permanent, full-time position in a well-established company A varied working day with a high degree of independence The opportunity to plan and organise your own tasks Friendly colleagues and an informal working environment Salary based on qualifications Start date by mutual agreement How to apply Please send your application and CV to <[email hidden]> .
