Distribution Center Supervisor

Raichan Logistics Group is seeking an experienced Distribution Center Supervisor for our Mira Loma, CA location. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $78,000–$95,000 per year . We are looking for a strong operations leader who can manage warehouse performance, improve processes, and support a high-volume logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily distribution center operations.
• Lead warehouse teams and monitor productivity.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory flow.
• Track operational KPIs and performance goals.
• Ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with logistics and management teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience managing warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control.
• Familiarity with WMS and logistics systems.
• Ability to analyze reports and improve processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-volume distribution centers.
• Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methods.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience with transportation coordination.
