Operations Junior Analyst

1] BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION We are strengthening our Global Operational Analysis team with a junior profile focused on financial analysis and monitoring real estate portfolios. This role will play an important part in monitoring portfolio performance, analyzing results against the Business Plan, and preparing reports and presentations. The professional will have direct contact with Portfolio Managers and Clients, contributing to the analysis and update of financial and operational information. We are looking for a profile with strong analytical skills, good Excel knowledge and, above all, a willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic and international environment. 2] RESPONSIBILITIES · Analysis, monitoring and control of the performance of different real estate assets and portfolios. · Monitoring and updating Business Plans, including cash flow analysis and financial projections. · Analysis of portfolio performance against the respective Business Plan and identification of key deviations. · Preparation of monthly reports and presentations on portfolio performance. · Direct interaction and coordination with Portfolio Managers and Clients regarding relevant information. · Calculation and monitoring of loan and Real Estate instalments, balance certificates and scorecards for incentive-setting purposes.
