Dayforce Application Specialist

About this Position Join our team as a Senior Dayforce Application Specialist and play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing our Dayforce HRIS landscape across HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and integrations. What you´ll do Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Dayforce-related issues, coordinating with stakeholders and escalating complex technical concerns when needed. Maintain and enhance Dayforce configurations, integrations, APIs, workflows, imports, payroll, workforce management, mobile applications, and reporting solutions Monitor data quality, system performance, and security, ensuring accurate and compliant HR data management Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to identify process improvements, resolve system issues, and deliver sustainable solutions Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, knowledge articles, support procedures, and reporting requirements Support testing, deployment activities, data cutovers, and go-live readiness for Dayforce releases, upgrades, and project implementations Participate in global and regional HRIS projects by gathering requirements, supporting discovery activities, creating standard and custom reports, and ensuring successful implementation outcomes
