You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of challenging projects, including sustaining and growth projects, working closely with BBA and client teams to deliver practical solutions to complex mining challenges. Provide mining engineering and design services for underground mine studies, including scoping, prefeasibility, feasibility, detailed design and S-K1300 technical reports: Manipulating block models Selecting appropriate mining methods Calculating cut-off grades Optimization and mine designs Preparing mine plans and production schedules Determining equipment fleets Estimating mineral reserves Estimating capital and operating costs Contributing to financial models Writing and contributing to study reports Work closely with our geology, ventilation, rock mechanics, drill-and-blast and infrastructure teams Manage the mining scope of large projects Liaise with clients on technical matters and present results professionally Deliver high-quality services that uphold BBA’s professional reputation
