UA/Growth Manager

• We’re looking for a UA/Growth Manager at Billdu with experience in growing mobile apps.
• We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager who knows how to work with both organic and paid acquisition channels and acquire new Billdu customers profitably.
• You’re familiar with terms like ASA, ASO, ROAS, AppsFlyer, Google UAC, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, performance creative and, more importantly, you know how to actually work with them.
• What will you be doing?

• Managing and optimizing paid campaigns across iOS and Android (ASA, Meta, Google UAC, TikTok) in 15+ markets
• Improving ASO through keyword research, metadata optimization, screenshots, and A/B testing, with the goal of increasing organic installs
• Analyzing campaign performance and ROI using AppsFlyer and recommending next steps based on data
• Collaborating on the creation of performance creatives
• Identifying new growth channels and opportunities, testing them before scaling

• What do we expect from you?

• Experience managing UA campaigns for mobile apps or games
• Strong analytical thinking - you can interpret data, draw conclusions, and act on them
• Fluent English, both written and spoken - most of our users are based outside Slovakia
• You use AI tools as a standard part of your work, not as something new or experimental
• Drive - if you don’t know something, you find out, ask, or test it yourself

Bonus points for

• Experience with AppsFlyer or another MMP
• Experience with B2B SaaS or subscription-based apps
• Experience with Figma or other design tools
