About The Happy Customers The Happy Customers is a Berlin-based startup helping German and European businesses improve their customer experience through AI-enhanced multilingual customer support teams. We partner with companies across Europe to provide professional customer support through email, chat, and phone in multiple European languages. We are currently building a talent pool of Maltese-speaking Customer Support Agents based in Europe to support upcoming client projects. Tasks Responsibilities As a Maltese Customer Support Agent, you will help customers through multiple communication channels while delivering an excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities may include: • Responding to customer enquiries via email, chat and phone (inbound & outbound) • Resolving customer questions professionally and efficiently • Escalating complex issues where required • Maintaining accurate records in customer support systems • Following client processes and quality standards • Contributing to customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement Requirements Requirements • Based in Europe with valid work authorisation • Native or professional proficiency in Maltese • Good English communication skills • 1–3 years of customer support or customer service experience preferred • Comfortable communicating through phone, email and chat • Experience with CRM or customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or similar) is an advantage • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup with laptop/desktop Benefits Fully remote work within Europe Opportunity to work with international companies AI-enhanced customer support environment Continuous learning and development Opportunity for long-term collaboration based on project availability We are currently building a talent pool for upcoming client projects.
