Thailand Finance Officer (Fluent Chinese and English; Thai proficiency )

Tasks Location: Thailand Employment Type: Full-time Working Model: On-site Salary: 15,000 – 30,000 RMB/month Nationality: Thai / Foreign candidates with strong Thai-Chinese capability preferred About the Role We are looking for a Thailand Finance Officer to oversee daily financial operations, internal accounting, cash flow management, tax-related matters, and coordination with the Group Finance team. The ideal candidate has solid accounting/finance experience in Thailand, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a Chinese and English-speaking environment . Key Responsibilities Manage company funds, including cash, bank accounts, and cashier operations . Handle internal accounting activities, including: Cash flow management Payroll review Expense and revenue review Business-related financial supervision Coordinate with Group Finance on: Budgets Loans Expense reimbursements Write-offs Refunds Issue invoices and perform invoice/receipt reconciliation . Oversee internal accounting and taxation activities. Manage and coordinate the finance/accounting team . Ensure financial records and tax filings are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Support compliance with local financial and tax regulations in Thailand. Requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent background in Finance, Accounting, Taxation , or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting. Strong experience in internal and external accounting . Familiar with corporate tax procedures and financial compliance in Thailand . Proficient in Excel and financial/accounting management systems . Able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English . Thai language proficiency is a strong advantage . High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong time-management skills.
