About The Role

Develop and implement the Quality policies, procedures, and standards.
Ensure compliance with local requirements and international quality standards.
Montior Service and operational quality and key performance indicators.
Lead internal quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare quality reports and recommend corrective actions.
Promote a strong quality culture across the organization.
Monitor customer and employee satisfaction.
Support the implementation of ISO standards and quality management systems.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related filed.
5-10 years of experience in quality management.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Internal audits, and quality management systems.
Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma and Kaizen.
