About The Role

  • 工作职责
  • 1、负责SaaS产品的演示培训、客户支持、售后服务等工作；
  • 2、参与客户数字化项目的现场实施工作；
  • 3、跟踪客户使用过程中的问题，随时反馈沟通，确保问题及时处理；
  • 4、发现和总结问题，推进产品优化。
  • 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、物联网相关专业；
  • 2、具有2~3年物流、供应链信息化相关工作经验；
  • 3、有TMS、WMS、ERP等产品经验者优先；
  • 4、具有良好的沟通协调能力，能适应频繁出差。
