About The Role

  • 负责制定支行公司业务发展规划，牵头组织推动支行各项公司业务营销目标达成，以及其他日常管理等工作。
  • 1.应聘基本条件
  • （1）遵守国家法律法规，无违法违纪等不良历史记录；
  • （2）具有良好的职业操守和较强的事业心、责任心；
  • （3）身体健康，无不良嗜好；
  • （4）能够熟练使用计算机和其他电子办公设备；
  • （5）符合监管部门、集团公司及本行履职回避管理的相关规定；
  • （6）符合银行监管部门要求的任职资格条件。
  • 2.本岗位应聘条件
  • （1）本科及以上学历；
  • （2）应具备4年以上金融工作经验或8年以上经济工作经验（其中金融工作经验2年以上）；
  • （3）熟悉银行各项业务与经营管理，熟悉金融产品，具有良好的金融产品运用能力和风险识别控制能力，有较好的团队管理和市场开拓能力；
  • （4）具有国有大型商业银行、全国性股份制商业银行相应任职经历者优先；
  • （5）诚信记录良好；
  • （6）工作地点：无锡、南通、常州、镇江、淮安、扬州、徐州。
