  • 1.具有国家认证的大学本科及以上学历。
  • 2.具备2年及以上银行零售业务工作经验，具有较强的客户营销能力和市场开拓能力，业绩良好。
  • 3.熟悉银行金融法律、法规和银行监管制度，具有较强的合规意识和零售信贷风险识别能力。
  • 4.具有良好的团队合作精神，良好的沟通、语言表达能力。
  • 5.遵纪守法，诚实守信，廉洁自律，职业操守良好，品行端正，无不良记录。
  • 6.符合中国人寿和本行履职回避规定。
