About The Role

  1. 根据不同产品需求，规划合理的设备设计案
  2. 配合研发单位/客户寻找合适资源进行测试设备研发、设计及生产，包括但不限于打样、改善、验收等直至MP；不同产品需求，规划合理的设备设计案
  3. 新机台/新线体导入：安装，调试，验收及SOP编写
  4. 对接厂内单位及设备厂商处理突发故障，快速协助澄清问题，保障生产顺利
  5. 持续关注学习业界新工艺新制程，设备改善，效率提升，成本降低，安全优化
  6. 编写技术文档，开展人员培训
  1. 机电一体化、电气自动化相关专业本科及以上学历。
  2. 具备1~3年及以上汽车电子产品自动化产线制造或相关领域的工作经验。
  3. 懂机械机构、气动、传动、工装夹具，懂PLC基础。有Python编程基础优先考虑
  4. 熟悉非标自动化、装配线、测试设备，熟悉注塑、冲压、焊接、点胶、测试等工艺
  5. 懂CPK、SPC，能配合质量做设备能力验证
  6. 熟练使用CAD、SolidWorks等设计软件，以及办公软件（如Excel、Word、PPT）。
  7. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与跨部门团队有效合作。
  8. 具备较强的学习能力，能够及时掌握新技术和新工艺
