About The Role

通过问候每一位到店客人来向客人提供服务，并为客人提供酒店相关服务，同时要保证对服务信条的深刻理解！ · 能够满足客人的需求，并且100%确保客人的满意是丽思绅士淑女们的最主要的职责。 · 为客人办理入住和退房和调账等手续，与相关部门沟通协作以尽快为等房的客人准备好房间。保证房费和市场代码一致，如果有任何的不一致，保证有相关的解释和文件支持。当客人等待房间时，与相关人员沟通，给客人留言。清除计算机系统中的异常。与客房部协调，跟踪客房状况和客人的需求，整理客人信息档案。 · 保持接待处和本部门正常运转，确保所有客人的需要都能够顺利实现，保持部门内部整洁干净，放置物品、食品和饮料等，提供必要的日常运作所需的物品。
