About The Role
- Candidate should have fare knowledge about hardware level troubleshooting & repairing of Desktop/Laptop/Printers/Network etc. 2. Candidate should have knowledge of Remote Support and hands & feet support for client OS, Application softwares, MS-Teams, One Drive. 3. Able to work in all shifts (Like; A/B/C and general) as well as work in a team. 4. Should have knowledge in MS-Excel for preparing the reports related to the daily activity and share to his TL for final reporting. 5. if the candidate having knowledge about service now (SNOW) ticketing system for generate and manage the ticket. 6. Candidate having knowledge about plant environment & plant safety that would be helpful for the candidate.
