About The Role
E-Commerce in Luxury Hotel setting experience is a mustThe E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving direct digital bookings, maximizing online channel conversion, and optimizing the hotel’s overall online distribution footprint. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Management, you will bridge digital marketing execution with yield strategy. Your primary goal is to shift booking share toward direct web/mobile channels, lower acquisition costs, and optimize total online revenue across Direct Web (<Brand.com>), OTAs, and Metasearch platforms.
