Lead recovery-focused teams and strengthen access to substance use services in rural communities.Full-time, benefit eligible position. 40 hours weekly.Position SummaryThe Substance Use Recovery Supervisor provides leadership, clinical oversight, and day-to-day supervision for Therapists and Community Support Specialists delivering outpatient and community-based substance use recovery services. This role supports high-quality, person-centered care while fostering a collaborative, strengths-based environment aligned with our mission to Inspire Hope.
