Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily production operations. This position will operate production equipment, assist with preparing materials, perform quality checks, package finished products, and help maintain a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment. The position involves operating printers, laminators, and cutters.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment, including printers, laminators, and cutters.
Follow all safety guidelines and equipment instructions.
Assist with equipment setup, calibration, material loading, and production runs.
Monitor production processes and address issues as they arise.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Make adjustments or corrections as needed.
Prepare finished products for packaging and shipping, including labeling, boxing, and organizing.
Assist with inventory control and report low inventory levels or equipment issues.
Perform routine equipment maintenance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work with the production team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Assist and support other team members as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience operating printers, laminators, cutters, or similar production equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with graphic design or printing production equipment.
Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
Basic understanding of graphic design and printing processes.
