Lead Caregiver, CNA, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Home Health Aide (HHA)

leadership, caregiver mentoring, training, scheduling, quality assurance, and office operations

Your Role
As a Lead Caregiver, you will:
Provide high-quality, one-on-one client care as needed
Assist with caregiver scheduling and shift coverage
Help onboard, train, and support new caregivers
Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field
Answer calls and assist with day-to-day office coordination
Help maintain quality and consistency of client care
Assist with urgent or last-minute coverage when needed
Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and strong communication
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of caregiving experience preferred
, including experience as a Lead Caregiver, Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant/Aide, HHA, or PCA
Must be at least 18 years old
Demonstrated leadership ability
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to balance field and office responsibilities
Flexible availability, including on-call, nights, and weekends
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to meet applicable background check requirements
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Bilingual skills are a plus
