Minimum Qualifications: Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Preference Statement: Preference may be given to applicants who have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Prefer strong communication and organizational skills. Job Responsibilities: This position is full-time in an office setting. Serves as the Navigator at reception by assisting customers with inquiries; answering general questions; entering and retrieving client information in the computer; and uploading documents timely and accurately. Demonstrates the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy Serves as the EBT clerk. Makes appropriate program referrals to community resources. Provides a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and in a timely manner Participate in individual and staff conferences. Must attend all mandatory trainings associated with the position. Write, present, and interpret information in a clear, concise, and organized manner. Maintain compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards.
