What You'll Do

• 🩺 Help oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the medical department
• 👩‍⚕️ Provide and support quality patient care within the facility
• 📋 Assist with maintaining clinical standards, policies, and procedures
• 🤝 Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure continuity of care
• 📑 Support documentation, compliance, and healthcare coordination
• 💙 Serve as a dependable clinical resource for the medical team
• 🔐 Work in a structured, secure environment where your nursing expertise makes a difference

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of South Carolina
• Nursing experience required; correctional healthcare experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
• Compassionate, professional approach to patient care
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following facility policies
