What You'll Do:

🩺 Help oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the medical department
👩‍⚕️ Provide and support quality patient care within the facility
📋 Assist with maintaining clinical standards, policies, and procedures
🤝 Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure continuity of care
📑 Support documentation, compliance, and healthcare coordination
💙 Serve as a dependable clinical resource for the medical team
🔐 Work in a structured, secure environment where your nursing expertise makes a difference

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

Current RN or LPN license in the state of South Carolina
Nursing experience required; correctional healthcare experience is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
Compassionate, professional approach to patient care
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following facility policies
