🩺 What You'll Do

Provide nursing care to patients within the correctional facility
Perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient conditions
Respond to medical needs and changes in patient status
Collaborate with medical providers and the healthcare team
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promote continuity of care and patient safety
Follow established clinical protocols and correctional healthcare procedures
Maintain professionalism, compassion, and sound clinical judgment in a secure environment

Qualifications✅ What You'll Need

Current North Carolina LPN or RN license
Current CPR certification
Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a secure, structured environment
Commitment to providing quality care to every patient
