About The Role
Make Your Work MatterMore Than a Job. A Chance to Change a Life.
Looking for work that actually means something?
As a Youth Counselor, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of male youth ages 12–17. You’ll be there to provide structure, encouragement, accountability, and support—especially during the moments when they need it most.
This isn’t a job where every day looks the same. You’ll celebrate successes, work through challenging moments, teach life skills, and build relationships that can make a lasting difference.
You don’t have to have all the answers. You do need to show up, be consistent, care, and be willing to make a difference.
