Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Director

Location: Addison, TX (Onsite)

Position Summary

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for corporate and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions. This role is critical to supporting organizational growth and operational efficiency. The onsite Corporate Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing through candidate interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support. This position is essential to ensuring rapid, quality hiring to meet both immediate staffing needs and strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional-level positions, including HR, Finance, Accounting, RCM, IT, Compliance, Credentialing, Operations, and select leadership roles through the Director level

Partner with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs, understand competency requirements, and develop targeted recruiting strategies aligned with organizational capacity and timeline

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with particular focus on high-demand roles related to new facility openings and RCM reorganization initiatives

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and targeted outreach to passive candidates

Coordinate all interview logistics including scheduling, candidate communication, interview panel coordination, and feedback collection to ensure positive candidate experience

Prepare, coordinate, and distribute offer letters; conduct offer negotiations; and coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks and reference verification

Provide onboarding support and coordination with HR and department managers to ensure smooth transition and integration of new hires

Maintain comprehensive and accurate applicant tracking in Paycom ATS, ensuring timely data entry, communication logs, and status updates for all candidates

Collaborate with Finance team to track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics including cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, quality-of-hire, and hiring manager satisfaction

Coordinate with HR team to ensure full compliance with employment law, anti-discrimination policies, and company recruiting procedures

Participate actively in recruitment marketing, career fairs, university partnerships, professional networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives

Support HR with employee relations, onboarding, and general HR operations as needed during peak hiring periods

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (equivalent professional experience may be considered)
  • 2–4 years of recruiting finance, IT, project management, coordinators, and other corporate positions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic HR technology systems
  • Healthcare recruiting experience – coding/billing, scheduling, appeals, intake/scrubbers, claims, NSA, arbitrators, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for Manager and Director-level positions
  • Demonstrated ability sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations and Revenue Cycle Management functions
  • Familiarity with HRIS and talent acquisition technology platforms, Paycom preferred
