DescriptionBartender / Server – Assistant Manager Cross-Training Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Bartender or Server who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career and cross-train into an Assistant Manager role.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant and is confident working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position will primarily work as a Server or Bartender, with approximately one shift per week in a management capacity.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality and wants to grow into a leadership position without immediately stepping away from serving or bartending. You’ll receive hands-on cross-training in restaurant management while continuing to work primarily in your current FOH role.
QualificationsRequired Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:

• Previous experience as a bartender or server in a full service restaurant
• Demonstrated knowledge of traditional and specialty cocktail recipes
