About The Role

2026-2027 School YearPrimary Objective: Under the direction of the building principal, assist certified staff in supporting students; monitor and report student progress.

Essential Functions

  • Assist teachers with instruction of individual and small groups of students in the classroom
  • Assist counselors in their support of students
  • Assist with building supervision including but not limited to hallway, lunch, and recess
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Education: Minimum of sixty (60) college hours
  • Certification: Missouri teacher certification and/or substitute teacher certification preferred
  • Hours of Employment: Eight (8) hours as an instructional aide

Benefits: Eligible

Base Rate: $17.91/hourly

FLSA Status: Non-exempt
