Full time Housekeeper/Janitor Fri-Tues 4am-12pm

We are looking for a Housekeeper/Janitor to join our growing team at our Silver Lake facility! The right candidate will have previous housekeeping experience and have excellent communication skills. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness for our residents.

Schedule: Friday to Tuesday (Wednesday, Thursday off) 4am to 12pm - 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $20-22 per hour DOE

Responsibilities

• Clean all bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures in apartment and common areas
• Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors
• Spot clean walls and windows
• Dust furniture and empty trash cans
• Clean baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC Vents
• Honor any additional housekeeping request made by the residents during the allotted time
• Assist with picking up trash
• Assist with activity room set-ups, will require movement of furniture
• Report any pertinent information to management directly related to the well-being of the resident
• Perform any additional housekeeping tasks as necessary

QualificationsQualifications

At least one year of housekeeping experience, required

Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English

Must be able to speak and understand English in order to communicate with supervisors and residents
