Real Estate Development Analyst

Senior Housing Partners (the project development company of Presbyterian Homes & Services) is seeking a Real Estate Development Analyst to join their team. The Real Estate Development Analyst supports the planning and execution of senior housing development and acquisition projects by providing analytical, administrative, and project coordination support to the Director of Development and Senior Housing Partners leadership. This role contributes to informed decision-making, efficient project execution, and responsible growth of the development pipeline. This is an in-person (Monday-Friday) position in Roseville, MN. REPORTING STRUCTUREThe Real Estate Development Analyst reports to the Director of Real Estate Development.
