Event Planner- Catering

We are looking for a creative and well-organized Event Planner to join our Catering Division. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing catering events from inquiry to delivery, ensuring a high-quality client experience aligned with our brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage catering events (corporate, private, and outdoor events).
• Communicate with clients to understand event requirements, budget, and expectations.
• Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and logistics teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare event proposals, quotations, and timelines.
• Supervise event setup, service flow, and breakdown.
• Manage suppliers, rentals, and event materials.
• Ensure brand presentation and service standards during events.
• Handle on-site problem solving and client communication.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in event planning, preferably in F&B or catering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.
• Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Proficient in Excel, email communication, and basic reporting
