Engineer- Mechanical

Coordination: Coordinate with In house architects & design team. Resolve Contractor queries. Interact with MEP Engineer of contractors to integrate systems. Budget & Scheduling: Manage estimates durations for activity, manpower requirements, and timelines. Contractor Oversight: Direct and supervise contractors works during installation. Quality Control: Conduct site inspections and testing to ensure work quality. Approval of Supplier & Materials as per specifications in coordination with Design team. Troubleshooting: Resolve issues and unexpected problems on-site. System Testing: Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of all HVAC systems. Documentation: Prepare technical reports, specifications, and manuals Safety: Implement and monitor safety protocols. Building Automation: Implement smart building control systems. BMS knowledge
